The Craftmade CIU52BN Civic Unipack Ceiling Fan is Craftmade's budget introduction with a contemporary look. This fan features a soft brushed nickel finish complete with five custom warm cherry blades and a soothing frost cased white bowl light kit to help light up a room as well as circulate the air. The CIU52BN can be used to complement a kitchen, or placed in a family room or bedroom as the focal point. It can be applied to enhance your contemporary flair, or adopted to enlighten any transitional look with its clean and simple lines. Craftmade can meet the fan and lighting needs of your interior and exterior areas with a variety of different fixtures for many needs and tastes. The CIU52BN measures with a 52 inch blade sweep and a 12 degree blade pitch. This fan has a motor size of 153x15 and is a standard three speed reversible motor which uses only 0.7 amps and 61 watts of electricity on high speed. The CIU52BN pushes 5159 cubic feet per minute and 85 cubic feet per minute per watt. This item is sold one per package and comes complete with five blades, one 2 inch downrod, one 6 inch downrod, and two 40 watt candelabra base bulbs for the included light kit. Also included is 2-feet of pull chain to operate the speed/light kit control. An optional Universal Remote Control System (UC-2000-2, sold separately) is available for ease of operation if higher ceilings are an issue, or if you just desire the convenience. This fixture is UL listed for a hardwire connection in a dry location.
