The instructions are just ok. They have both pictures and words. But the layout could have been better. The fan itself is made of good solid material nothing cheesy or skimpy on it. My only nitpick is where some of the attachment holes are for the screws are in a inconvenient place for someone with large hands working overhead it might be difficult. But overall this fan is fantastic.

The fan provides airflow at up to 4,300 cubic feet per minute (cfm) at its highest speed.
