The Kichler 300124BSS Richland II Flush Mount 42-Inch Ceiling Fan with the soft brushed steel finish and coordinating reversible light oak/medium oak blades is a beautiful addition to any room, or smaller areas which have limited head room that need air movement, and extra light if you opt to add one of the many light kits available to purchase separately. The 300124BSS can be used to complement a den as the focal point with its smooth design, or placed in a laundry room or kitchen for that classic statement. The 300124BSS measures with a 42-Inch blade sweep and a 12 Degree blade pitch. This fan uses only 42-watt of electricity on high speed, pushes 3216-cubic feet per minute, and 77-cubic feet per minute per-watt. This is sold one per package and comes complete with five reversible blades, mounting hardware, and a pull chain to operate the fan functions: 3-speeds, forward and reverse. An additional wall control or remote control can be added to this ceiling fan as well. One wall control that is compatible is the 337010WH, and can be purchased separately. Height of this ceiling fan is not adjustable. A light kit option that is compatible with this ceiling fan is the 338500MUL which can be purchased separately. In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18-Inch from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7-feet above the floor.
